Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC was born March 4 1954. O'Hara has been awarded numerous prizes which include one Genie Award and a Golden Globe Award. O'Hara also was awarded two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, six Canadian Screen Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2018, O'Hara was named to the rank of an Officer of Canada. She was also awarded the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Medal in 2020. O'Hara first made her appearance as an actress in 1974 as part of The Second City, an Improv comedy group located in Toronto. She was a part of the principal cast on the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978) alongside John Candy and Dan Aykroyd. O'Hara joined Candy on the sketch comedy series Second City Television (1976-1984). The show received critical acclaim both for her acting and writing skills, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award, 1981 for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series. O'Hara, Steve Carell and Dwayne Colbert were added to the Second City artistic board in 2022.
